We monitor your OpenClaw instance around the clock and restart it if needed.

The ground rules

Pretty standard stuff. Please don't use ClawHosted to:

If you're wondering "is this okay?"โ€”it probably is. We only step in for clear violations.

Payments & billing

Monthly billing: We charge at the start of each billing period. No surprises.

Cancel anytime: No long-term contracts. Cancel from your dashboard and you won't be charged again.

Price changes: If we ever raise prices, we'll give you 30 days notice and the option to cancel.

Refunds: If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. Just ask.

The fine print (honestly)

We aim for 99.9% uptime but sometimes things break. We can't guarantee perfection, but we work hard to fix issues fast.

Maintenance happens: We might need to briefly interrupt service for updates. We'll warn you when possible.

Liability limits: If something goes catastrophically wrong, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past year. This is standard for cloud services.
